About Each week /r/Starbound hosts a Build of the Week thread with the build topic changing weekly. Participants have full creative liberty to build the topic how they see fit in their mind. Players are free to build in Survival or in Admin mode and use any assets in the game. Mods are allowed to a degree but avoid building a structure entirely out of non-vanilla blocks. High quality posts have a chance of being featured in the Starbound Dev Blog. All submissions need to be your work only. Instructions Build your rendition of this weeks topic. Screenshot and upload to Imgur or any other image hosting site. Submit to/r/Starbound with "BotW" in the title somewhere. Tips To get into admin mode just type /admin into chat. The Starbound Wiki is very helpful and constantly updated This site is useful for looking up item IDs This mod allows for extra zoom levels for big builds. Using the Super Fish Axe is extremely helpful and speeds construction. No need for scaffolding either... Lighting is important, make sure viewers can see details!
